Avery Shyra
Born and raised in a small town in Northern Michigan, avery shyra moved to Colorado in 2012 to take his career to the next level as a professional skier. However, it didn't take long before Avery realized he was more passionate about the the music playing in his headphones than the mountain slopes below him.

After competing in the renowned Dew Tour, Avery soon turned in his skis for a microphone and drum pad. Shortly after this pivotal decision, the 23 year old artist/producer moved from Gunnison, CO to Denver to enroll in Audio Production at the Art Institute of Colorado and quickly began making a name for himself in the Denver music scene.

Defined by his alternative hip-hop soundscapes and ultra-smooth delivery, his leap of faith has paid off in a big way. Avey performed his first ever headlining concert at the historic Cervantes Masterpiece Ballroom in May of 2016, accumulated a dedicated following, and has made his first festival performance at Queen City Music Festival.

With a vast knowledge of production, engineering, performing, and writing, he has quickly become one of Colorado's most prominent artists, sharing the stage with artists like Tory Lanez, KYLE, Mick Jenkins, Quinn XCII, Kid Ink and many more.

As a baby I always loved to listen to music. I liked all types of music and i've been like that all my life. As I grew up I started to write poetry. My first poem was published in a little book when I was in fifth grade. From then once I got into 8th grade and beginning HighsSchool I decided to take my poetry to a different level and start to make music. I am now a 16 year old guy who is trying to make music for all different people to listen to and enjoy. Much love to all the people who support me! I would be nothing without my fans!
